Do I have a story to tell, yesterday my hiking club website worked fine, today it did not, after contacting support I was told I would have to find another web hosting service as the site would not start after rebooting the server.Talk about no advance
notice or help from them.
Their price was going up considerable and the account I had was not going to be available any longer. I was actually in contact with the board of our hiking club and they were considering the plan change and price increase. My account was paid up though
mid April, I was told I would receive a refund, we shall see.
Anyway I got our hiking club website up and running today with SoftSys, I have another account with them and I am very pleased with them. Doing all this on a Sunday, SuperBowl Sunday to boot, they offered me rapid and courteous support. I highly recommend
SoftSys and I do not recommend UltimaHosts based on my enperience with them.
